Strictly Dressage to Music
We had a wonderful time on the 18th December with a dressage to music competition.
The sun shone, it was a cold, but crisp day.
The competition was held along the lines of strictly come dancing.
Instead of 1 judge and a sheet, we had 4 judges.
They judged the competition on technical merit, and artistic/overall impression.
They marked out of 10 using paddles as per strictly come dancing.
It gave everybody a chance to get involved.
After the competition we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch prepared and served by Angie Griffin. A very big thank you to Angie because it was a georgeous lunch. The weather was so good we even had lunch outside!!

Time is rushing on towards a new season. Days are getting longer. Winter need not be a waste of time, give your horse a break and then use the winter to go up a level in training!!
